No, we do not add any commercial, off-the-shelf vitamins or supplements. We use only natural ingredients that provide good sources of vitamins and minerals.
It depends on your individual dog's needs based on size, age, health and activity levels, and whether you're serving Wagoo™ meals solely or as a supplement to a dry food diet. As a rough reference, our 13 year old senior weighs about 3.5 kg and her intake is about 120-140g of Wagoo™ meals a day over 2 servings (brekky and dinner), with snacks in between meals.

Yes, you may freeze the meals as soon as you get them. Our cooked meals come in sealed packs which should be kept chilled or frozen. As our products do not contain any preservatives, we recommend that meals (both fresh and thawed) are consumed within 1 week from preparation date, which is indicated on every pack.
We offer free delivery to most suburbs in Perth for orders $50 and above. If your suburb is under WA 6164, you can enjoy free delivery with no minimum order. For a full list of our delivery coverage and fees, please read our Delivery Guide. If your suburb is not on our list, you can register your interest by emailing us at email@example.com.
All treats and snacks are available for delivery in Australia. As our meals and broth do not contain preservatives, we are unable to offer Wagoo™ dog meals outside of Perth at this point.
Standard deliveries in Perth are made within 3 days from order, Mondays to Saturdays between 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are unable to guarantee delivery time however we will inform you of our schedule at least 24 hours before.
For deliveries outside of W.A., you will be informed of your package's tracking number once it is posted. Interstate deliveries across Australia take between 3 to 6 working days.
Yes! For the month of October, you can place an advance order with no minimum spend for self collection every Sunday at 2 locations - Wireless Hill Farmers Market, Ardross or The Local Farmers Market, Honeywood. You will be asked to select your preferred method under 'Delivery options' during checkout. We have limited stock available at the markets if you prefer to purchase onsite.
Not really! If you can't be home to receive the goods, you can add a Chiller Box to your order and give us instructions to leave the package at your doorstep.
As our meals do not contain any preservatives, they must be kept chilled or frozen within 2 hours of delivery. Having your goods stored in a Chiller Box before you can get to them will help prolong freshness and give you peace of mind without the need to rush home.
Yes, you can change your mind or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If payment is already made, the funds received will be placed as credits for your next purchase within the next 2 months.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds. As we cook to order, we would have purchased or placed orders for our ingredients upon receiving your confirmed order.
